The Danish subcontractor KP Komponenter A/S invests in the Swedish subcontractor company Trestads Precisionsmekanik AB, via its parent company KP Group Holding ApS.
TPM AB is a subcontractor of complex machined components to customers with high precision demands, primarily to the Swedish market.
This strategic acquisition gives KP Komponenter an important platform on the Swedish market and is part of the company’s plan for further expansion in Sweden.
Through more than 28 years, the three former owners of TPM AB, Anders Jonsson, Thomas Lööf and Ove Olsson, have built up a competitive machining factory focusing on high quality complex machining and a high degree of automation supported by a long-term cooperation with key customers. In recent years the company has invested massively in both machinery, automation via robot technology and measuring equipment.
TPM AB has built up a strong supply chain, the key competences being quality, short delivery time and consistency of supply. The company has a total of 20 employees.
The primary customers are i.a. within the hydraulic industry, and the company is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004, quality and environment management.
